Solutions provided / Suggested by DIESL -
The client submits the goods on consignment basis to DIESL. DIESL dispatches the goods to the Stores under the Zero Value invoice. The invoice so issued has the rubber stamp of " Goods issued for replacement purpose only and not for sale". The initial invoice so created acts as the imprest inventory issued to the retail store. The subsequent inventory is issued on the FOC basis only if the damage inventory of the same product has been received by the warehouse or if there is a written mail request (duly authorized by the competent person) from the store to dispatch the goods. For issuing the inventory are initiated. On receipt of the damage good from the Stores, recipient informs the control function to create the return order under the ‘damaged item’ code. At time of creation, a fresh order under the new item code is also created at the same time with the same quantity. All the dispatches to the stores will be NIL value invoice with the rubber stamp of "Goods issued for replacement purpose only not for sale". The Store locations are treated as ‘customer’ from system point of view and the ‘customer code’ is created by ‘location’ under a separate head created for this purpose.
