Mr. Behram R Sabawala joined the DIESL family as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Sabawala worked in India and abroad with companies like KPMG Peat Marwick & Co, Oman International Bank, Kalpataru Group, IAL Container Line Ltd (Dubai) and Tata International Ltd. His immediate previous assignment was with Voltas as Sr. General Manager-Finance & CFO-Products.
A Graduate in Commerce from Sydenham College, Mumbai and a Chartered Accountant, Mr. Sabawala brings with him rich and diverse experience in Finance, Accounts, Commercial, Inventory & Receivable management and Banking & Treasury operations. During his stint with Tata International, he closely worked with DIESL, during its initial days, to develop and stabilize the operations.
Highly Process oriented, Mr. Sabawala is an excellent Leader with focus on Team Building and People Development. As Convenor of West Zone Tata Network Forum, Mumbai (of TQMS), his interaction with senior leaders and various stakeholders within the Tata Group is extensive. He is a Senior TBEM Assessor having done 10 external assessments till date. His is a Philately enthusiast and also enjoys Photography.

Srikanth heads the Human Resources & Admin function at DIESL. He reports to the CEO and is responsible for deployment of initiatives under HR, IR and Administration functions. With 14 years of overall experience in HR and over an decade of association with the Tata Group, Srikanth worked with companies in various sectors comprising of Consumer Durables, IT, Engineering, Automotive and Service Sector. He worked extensively in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Training & Development and Performance Management System.

Srikanth credits his learning’s to the association he had with Tata Group HR. Prior to joining DIESL Srikanth has worked with Tata Group Human Resources (Group HR) with responsibility of HR for Group Corporate Centre companies comprising of Tata Sons, Tata Services and Tata Industries. In addition, he was also responsible for extending Strategic HR Support to New Ventures being established within Tata Sons. An extremely process oriented person and a strong believer of ‘Align HR to Business’ a learning that he has acquired while working with Voltas. He worked very closely with Tata Group HR to deploy Processes under the Wayne Brockbank Model of Aligning HR to Business Strategy for one of the Business Units of Voltas.

Srikanth did his Masters Degree in Human Resources (MHRM) from Andhra University.

Malay Shankar is National Business Head, Drive India Enterprise Solutions Limited.

He has worked in various industries like office automation, medical devices & logistics in different capacities and reputed organizations like Canon, Boston Sc, DHL & FedEx before joining Drive India in March 2011.His accomplishments in these three unrelated industries provide some insight into his passion & leadership skills.

A postgraduate in business management from the Indian School of Mines (ISM) Dhanbad, Mr. Malay has been a thorough Sales Professional & an effective leader. His experience range across building high performance teams, business turnarounds, sales planning, business development and many more. He believes firmly in “Walk the Talk” & “we-opic” vision.

His mantra for business remains “We get what we inspect, not what we expect”!

Mr. Malay lives in Mumbai with his wife Nidhi, a Tata group employee & son Tarush who goes to school. He is an avid reader, traveler & a driving enthusiast.

Ms. Pooja Dayal, a PGDBM in operations management from Symbiosis, Pune, has 12 years of rich experience out of which 7 years is in the field of logistics. She has an excellent hand on experience in the field of Supply Chain Management .Currently, working with Drive India Enterprise Solutions Limited, she is heading the Business Excellence function. Prior to joining DIESL she was working with AFL. In her current profile she is also contributes to company strategy which includes competitor analysis, industry services offering, identification of core competency & competitive advantage. Having excelled in all walks of life, she is also credited for visioning and executing Program CALIPER© for internal benchmarking and has conducted study on external benchmarking.

A graduate from Mumbai University and Diploma holder in Software engineering, Shirish is responsible for overall Information agenda for the organization. He carries with him 19 years of experience in the Services industry which includes express distribution, finance and logistics.

A technology and business visionary with executive and hands on experience in automating large and medium enterprises, Shirish has a strong record of success in creating robust IT architectures and infrastructures.

His proven ability to bring the benefits of IT to solve business issues while managing cost and risks, combined with initiatives in development and deployment of custom applications, over five years of internet experience including ecommerce, help provide strategic direction to senior management on technology.

Shirish has won many accolades, including the “Hall of Fame” by CTO Forum, Edge Award. He has been a regular speaker at various forums and seminars and is the Founder member and Secretary of CIOKLUB an initiative of CIO Association.

Vikram started his career with Air France where he was assigned to profit center management. He parted ways with Air France after 7 fruitful years, as Head- Profit Centre Management East. He comes with a decade-long experience at UPS and served as the Country Operations Head. After a brief stint as the Chief Operating Officer at Deccan 360, he has recently joined DIESL as the National Head of Operations. He has been involved in profit center management, service quality, industrial engineering, gateway operations and network and distribution optimization. Being highly process oriented, he ensures people engagement revolves around consistent training, driving efficiencies, regular 360 degree evaluation and action plans that have a buy in at the shop floor level. Vikram strongly believes that team work helps achieve greater heights and is thoroughly motivated to drive it.

A post graduate in Business Management from IMM, Kolkata and graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, Vikram has also been a guest faculty at B-Schools in Pune and Nasik.
