Funding education for underprivileged children: DIESL sponsors a centre for the Akanksha Foundationn in Mumbai & provides for faculty fees, books, uniforms, rentals etc, in addition to workshops in extra curricular skills and mentorship program.

DIESL Education Fund: DIESL has floated an Education Fund for deserving children of warehouse and distribution ground level employees across all states with 280 scholarships pan India.

|
Vocational Training: In partnership with NGOs, DIESL is working on a project where we can provide vocational training to locals in rural areas near our warehouses so that they can be gainfully employed in our systems.
