We also have a management trainee program wherein we take absolute freshers and provide them with extensive on the job training in the function which they choose to join.

DIESL started with few employees couple of years ago. Now we have grown to 600 employees with associates’ strength of over 3000. In the coming years the business operations would expand and the employee strength would increase to over 1000. We attribute our success to our highly charged employees and competencies.
