The process is simple. Once the end-user places an order for our client’s products either online or through a call centre, and makes the payment, an invoice is generated with all the information pertaining to the contact details of the client, the ordered product details, special messages (if any), and the purchase order; which is received by DIESL through an auto generated email. The relevant product is then packed in our warehouses, shipped and delivered by us to the end-user within the timeframe suggested by our client.
